Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – i.e. Develop JBP with customer to deliver both Gross and Net sales.
- Manage daily account administration, PO approval, invoice/debit notes discrepancy tracking and resolution.
- Lead promotional execution to drive sales and profit growth (including trade budget management, range and space optimization in store planogram, measure ROI efficiency).
- Work with Trade Marketing team to ensure sales promotional guidelines are planned and executed in-store excellent.
- Managing customer negotiations and conducting regular meetings to share business analysis (e.g. new shoppers insights and competitive market strategies).
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, trade marketing) to deliver account commitments.
Qualifications
- University graduate of business, management, or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG Sales with key international or local retailers
- Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing is an advantage
- Higher experience may consider for an advanced position
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
