Overview
Assembly is looking for an Account Executive, Affiliate Marketing for our growing and innovative APAC Affiliate Marketing team. This person will coordinate the day-to-day operations for multiple affiliate programs. The role is full-time with several opportunities for growth into more senior marketing positions. This person will be responsible for affiliate communications and general account maintenance as well as assisting the APAC Director on our Affiliate Marketing team.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
- Help the APAC Director manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate and influencer/creator partnerships on various affiliate network solutions for Assembly affiliate clients
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
- Identify, vet, and recruit influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Red, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day communications with influencers or influencer agencies/intermediatory
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and manage go-live activities with influencers or intermediatory.
- Collaborate with client’s internal teams to request for creatives and marketing collateral for campaign launches.
- Oversee content approval processes, ensure brand safety, alignment and legal compliance.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using analytic tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Run client reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Relevant Bachelor Degree
- Basic understanding of one or more online marketing channels, such as, Affiliate, Partner, Search, CRM, PR, Social Media, Referral, Blogger and Content marketing
- Highly organized and execution focused with ability to multi-task
- Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
- Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work
- Quick learner, creative thinker
- Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
- Proficiency working in Excel and Microsoft Word and comfortable with formatting and customizing reports
- Knowledge of affiliate networks (Rakuten, Impact, CJ, AWIN, Partnerize) a plus
- Familiarity with HTML, a plus
- Experience with analytics software such as Adobe or GA4, a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
