- Ability to understand Datacom/telecom market, promote Molex solution to customer and work with account team to achieve sales revenue target.
- Build strong and credible relationship with customers.
- Find out and work on new opportunities, get profitable design-win with support from division.
- Coordinate with related team and division to guarantee quality/delivery and maximize the Molex share.
- Deliver the senior level seminar to customer, sharing Molex new products and technologies.
- Over 3 years working experience in Telecom/Datacom industry, relevant experience in one or more of the following areas/products will be preferred :Datacenter/Router/Switch/Server,with PM/Account management/FAE/Hardware design/SI.
- Prefer hardware or connector market background experience
- Technical background and account management skill is a MUST
- Open minded, good in communication, customer-oriented
- Self-motivation, willing to take challenging assignments
- Good command of English
