Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet and exceed annual sales, volume, and gross profit targets for lubricants and chemicals.
- Proactively identify, prospect, cold‑call, and close new industrial and commercial customers across manufacturing, shipping, automotive, machinery, and related sectors.
- Manage and grow key accounts; conduct regular business reviews, cross‑sell, and upsell to maximize account penetration and profitability.
- Provide professional product and application support, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; deliver actionable insights to strengthen market position.
- Work closely with product, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction, on‑time delivery, and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and business reports.
Experience: 3–5 years of solid B2B sales experience in lubricants, industrial chemicals, or related industrial products.

- Aggressive and hungry for success with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong new business development, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Self‑motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong industrial markets and key industries is highly advantageous.
