In this role, you’ll own our digital acquisition engine end-to-end, turning high-intent B2B demand into real business impact. From the first search to the final order, you’ll optimize every step of the funnel across Search, PMax, and Display — driving qualified leads and revenue for our Account Executives.
Your Impact
- Drive Growth: Execute and optimize paid media campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition and order entry on makerverse.com.
- Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the Platform team to ensure web events are correctly tracked in Mixpanel and HubSpot, enabling a seamless data flow.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure campaigns target the right industries (e.g. Aerospace, MedTech) and attract high-value decision-makers.
- Conversion Optimization: Build and optimize landing pages in Unbounce and WordPress to maximize conversion rates from paid traffic.
- Paid Search Focus: Continuously improve campaign structure, targeting, and performance across Search, PMax, and Display to capture high-intent demand.
- Collaboration: Maintain a strong feedback loop across teams, sharing insights to continuously improve performance.
- Solid hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Display), including setup, optimization, and performance ownership. You have worked independently on campaigns and are confident managing them end-to-end.
- You are comfortable working with data and deriving actionable insights. Experience with GA4 and/or Mixpanel is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with tools like GTM, HubSpot, or Unbounce to support tracking, campaign setup, and landing page optimization.
- You understand how marketing contributes to pipeline and enjoy collaborating with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a strong drive to continuously improve CPA, conversion rates, and overall performance.
- Professional English required. German is a strong plus given our core market.
