Commercial Account Manager (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial HVAC accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and facility managers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the commercial sector
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams (service, installation, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or air conditioning sales/account management
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and services
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
