About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Key Accounts Manager & Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Henley-on-Thames.
This is a client-facing role focused on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across key accounts. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a proactive sales approach and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts
* Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activity
* Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and objectives
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals
* Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
* Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build lasting client relationships
* Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Good organisational and time management abilities
* Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence preferred
Desirable Skills
* Experience managing high-value or strategic accounts
* Background in B2B sales
* Knowledge of the local business community in Oxfordshire/Berkshire area
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
