About the Role

FABRIC is looking for a driven, beverage-savvy Field Sales Representative to grow our brand presence across retail accounts in the Colorado Springs market. This is a field-facing sales role: you'll own the floor at liquor stores and specialty retailers, build relationships with store staff, drive trial through sampling events, and directly influence sell-through at the shelf. If you know your way around a beverage alcohol set and love turning browsers into buyers, this role is for you.


Responsibilities

• Execute 2+ in-store sampling events per week at key retail accounts (~3 hrs each)

• Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and floor staff to secure prime placement and reorder support

• Drive trial and conversion through confident, benefit-led selling, not just pouring samples

• Communicate FABRIC's brand story, ingredients, and differentiators clearly to both trade and consumer audiences

• Track sales velocity, consumer feedback, and account activity after each shift

• Support product launches, pop-ups, and distributor-facing activations as needed

• Set up and break down sampling stations and branded displays professionally


Compensation + Perks

• $30/hr for all scheduled shifts

• Path to growth: Senior Field Rep, Account Manager, or Market Lead roles as we scale


What We're Looking For

• Must have sales experience in beverage alcohol sales, brand ambassadorship, or distributor sales

• Existing knowledge of the bev-alc retail landscape (liquor stores, specialty grocery, on-premise)

• Proven ability to engage, educate, and sell, not just sample

• Thursday–Sunday availability required (weekday evenings + weekend afternoons)

• Ability to commit to 5–7 shifts per month

• Reliable personal transportation

• Able to lift 20–30 lbs (event supplies and product)

• Self-directed, punctual, and professional, you represent the brand every time you walk in the door

• Must be 21+
