OverviewOur client is an analogue and digital semiconductor designer and manufacturer. Specialising in power and protection, industrial, automotive, enterprise and consumer communications markets. As well as providing solutions to manage, protect, regulate, and monitor power coming through ports and power connectors. The company has been operating across eleven global presences in USA, Europe, India, Asia, and Australia.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of IC or semiconductor-related products
- With an engineering and technical background, or growing in the semiconductor industry, is preferred
- Hunter sales mentality
- Able to be self-employed or under EOR services
- This position is required to be based in or near the country of Germany to support the regional European IC Semiconductor market.
- Leverage account management and sales experience to execute strategic plans for the company’s products and solutions across a diverse range of customer applications.
- Develop and manage sales opportunities for assigned accounts, as well as identify and secure new business within your designated market(s).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring effective communication between customers and the company’s executive team.
- Collaborate with product line teams on customer programs, including bids and pricing negotiations, while identifying opportunities for both existing and new product development.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to support effective and profitable account management.
- Stay informed on semiconductor industry trends and market dynamics to guide both short- and long-term sales strategies.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing profitable accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and sales within the semiconductor or IC industry.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Fluent in English communication skills with European language(s) will be a big plus
- Eligible to work in EU
- Salary: 120,000€-160,000€ (OTE)
- 30 days of annual leave
