About The Role
Bulkamid is a device treating stress urinary incontinence for women and a category leader in Europe. Following the Axonics integration into Boston Scientific, the franchise is experiencing strong growth. To support continued expansion in Germany, the division is opening a field position as an Account Manager Graduate to cover the South of Germany serving the hospitals and clinics in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Dusseldorf.
Starting in June 2026 as a Urology AM Graduate, you will take ownership of the Bulkamid product in Germany in your territory, identify commercial opportunities, contribute to account planning, and support regional sales strategies. You will step into an exciting early-career account management role with the opportunity to activate new accounts, design programs to grow business in existing accounts, and collaborate with colleagues across Germany and EMEA who operate in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment within a large global organization.
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain insight into driving market share growth, engaging clinical and economic stakeholders, and managing both capital and disposable product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & strategic support: Gather market insights (competitors, reimbursement landscape, stakeholder mapping) and support regional planning activities.
- Account management: Act as the Bulkamid point of contact within assigned hospitals, engaging with physicians, nurses, and procurement teams.
- Stakeholder engagement: Under the guidance of the regional sales manager, build relationships with urologists, OR teams, and hospital decision-makers, and develop the ability to present health-economic value arguments.
- Sales execution: Identify and act on opportunities arising from clinical activity and customer interactions.
- Collaboration & reporting: Work with clinical teams to understand clinical evidence and use reporting tools to track performance and pipeline development.
- Quality & compliance: Ensure full adherence to Boston Scientific quality and patient safety standards.
- Recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (graduation 2024/2025).
- Strong interest in medical devices and healthcare; exposure to urology is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Native German speaker with English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
- Valid driving license is required.
