Inside Sales Representative (French Speaker) – Porto
At Nextlane, we are transforming the automotive industry with digital solutions used by manufacturers and dealer groups across Europe.
We’re now building a new Inside Sales Business Unit in Porto, and this role is a key entry point to join the project from the very beginning.
🚀 The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative (Level 1), you will be one of the first hires of this new BU and play a critical role in building a scalable, performance-driven Inside Sales model.
This is a hunter role, ideal for people who love prospecting, closing deals, and hitting targets.
You Will
- Execute inbound and outbound campaigns
- Qualify prospects and drive opportunities
- Manage the sales cycle through to closing (on a defined scope)
- Work closely with Marketing, BDRs and Field Sales
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Qualify inbound leads (marketing, events, direct requests)
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, sequences)
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Manage deals end-to-end until signature
- Maintain a clean and active pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging
- Consistently work towards monthly and quarterly targets
🕵️ What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 2–3 years in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR or similar roles
- B2B SaaS or tech experience is a strong plus
- Proven exposure to outbound prospecting
Languages
- Native French
- Professional English
- Any additional European language is a plus
Mindset & Skills
- Strong sales DNA and closing mentality
- Comfortable with targets, KPIs and performance pressure
- Clear and confident communication (phone & email)
- Resilient, structured and coachable
- Motivated by results and continuous improvement
Tools
- CRM experience (Salesforce ideally)
- Sales engagement tools (Lemlist or similar)
- Data- and KPI-driven mindset
