What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of high net-worth business clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial products and services
- Develop and implement business plans to drive fee income growth, CASA growth and total revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand client engagement across a broader range of banking solutions, including insurance and investment products, cash management solutions, and FX-related products, in collaboration with product specialists.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including compliance, risk, and product teams, to deliver integrated solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategy
- Conduct transaction review and periodic account review
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in small business banking or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with a strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide expert advice
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
