Summary

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Lead – eMPF to serve as the primary owner and strategic partner for one of our key accounts. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and managing the end-to-end delivery of our consulting services.

The Key Account Lead will be responsible for nurturing and expanding a strategic client relationship while ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services. This includes resource management, meeting SLAs for hiring and staffing, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a track record of managing complex accounts in a consulting or professional services environment.


The Job

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for the client, fostering a collaborative and long-term partnership.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews to align our services with the client’s evolving needs and goals.
  • Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), particularly related to resource hiring and placement.
  • Proactively address and resolve any service delivery issues or client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the resourcing process for the account, including forecasting demand, identifying talent needs, and coordinating with internal recruitment and delivery teams.
  • Ensure the right mix of skills and expertise is allocated to client projects to maximize impact and value.
  • Mentor and support staff assigned to the account, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services within the account, including cross-selling and upselling solutions.
  • Collaborate with the business development and practice teams to create tailored proposals and statements of work.
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue and growth targets for the account.
  • Ensure the integrity of all account financial data and resource forecasts, maintaining accurate records of budgets, spend, and resource plans
  • Provide regular reporting on account performance, financials, and key metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements to enhance account management effectiveness and client satisfaction.


The Person

  • Candidates with a degree in any discipline are encouraged to apply.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or delivery management within a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Previous experience in a recruiting or staffing agency is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver against SLAs and performance metrics.
  • Strong experience in resource planning, talent acquisition coordination, and team management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities and expanding account revenue.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
