To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role within the digital advertising industry.
- Proven experience managing a minimum of 20 active accounts simultaneously with a focus on high-volume prioritization.
- Strong proficiency in analyzing campaign data to identify trends and implement performance improvements.
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively present complex strategies to senior stakeholders.
- Technical comfort with digital ad tracking (conversion codes, pixels, and implementation requests).
- Hands-on experience with Native Advertising platforms or programmatic ad-operations.
- A deep understanding of the online publisher landscape both within and outside of Greater China.
- Lead the successful launch of digital campaigns by managing technical setup, including conversion tracking, targeting, and pacing.
- Scale advertiser budgets by working closely with clients to hit their specific KPIs and performance goals.
- Drive creative excellence through A/B testing of headlines and images to maximize user engagement and campaign ROI.
- Provide proactive strategic consultation to ensure clients are following platform best practices for long-term success.
- Identify and capture growth opportunities within your book of business through regular data analysis and commercial diagnostics.
- Conduct professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and align on future strategic objectives with key accounts.
