We work directly with manufacturers like EcoFlow, Sigenergy, GivEnergy, and Triple Solar, building partnership campaigns that put our installers in front of homeowners with serious buying intent. Our flagship clients include Halo Renewables, MCJ Energy Solutions, and Green Energy Solar, the latter of which we recently scaled to a 35.6x ROAS and £257K+ in tracked revenue on a single campaign

Now we're hiring our next Paid Ads Specialist to help us keep scaling

The Role

This isn't a job for someone who wants to push buttons in Ads Manager and wait for a design team to do the heavy lifting. According to Google you'd be a "Performance Creative". You'll build the strategy, write the copy, run the ads, and jump straight into Figma to refine assets yourself

You'll take ownership of a dedicated chunk of our retained client roster. You'll be trusted with tens of thousands of pounds in monthly ad spend from day one, with full backing from leadership and a proven playbook that's already generated £200M+ in tracked installer revenue

What You'll Be Doing

End-to-End Campaign Ownership. Build, launch, manage, and scale Meta ad campaigns for a dedicated roster of installer clients

Creative Execution. Use Figma to create, tweak, and refine ad assets on the fly. Brief our external design team for the bigger lifts

Copywriting. Write punchy, persuasive ad copy that actually converts. The bar is high. Our internal style is specific, narrative-driven, and built around real proof points

Strategy & Optimisation. Continuously monitor performance, spot gaps, and proactively test new angles inside a tried and tested framework that's already proven across hundreds of accounts.

Reporting. Deliver clear, no-nonsense performance reports to internal leadership and directly to paying clients

The Absolute Must-Haves

2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience. You've managed real budgets and have a track record to back it up

Design and Figma skills. You have an eye for design and can build or tweak creatives without waiting on someone else

Self-starter mentality. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and don't need chasing.

Strong written English. Your grammar is flawless and your copy converts

The Bonus Points

Experience managing Google, TikTok, Bing, or X ads

Knowledge of the renewable energy sector (Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps).

CRM and tech integration experience (Zapier, Conversions API, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)

Confidence communicating directly with paying clients

Our office is at Coxbridge Business Park in Farnham, Surrey. We'd love to have you in the room with us, but we're open to hybrid or fully remote for the right person. If you're a unicorn, geography won't stop us
