Tooling Lead – Programme Planning & Controls
Location: Hampshire, Hybrid
Role Overview
The Tooling Lead will implement and manage planning and reporting tools to provide full traceability and real-time insight into programme delivery.
Initial Focus (First 3 Months)
- Define tooling strategy for planning, RAID, and reporting
- Implement core tools and dashboards for delivery visibility
- Establish data structures and integrations across sources
- Ensure baseline reporting accuracy and traceability
- Identify and resolve early data quality issues
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain tooling for delivery tracking, RAID, and reporting dashboards
- Ensure visibility of dependencies, risks, and delivery status
- Manage data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Enable end-to-end traceability across plans and outputs
- Drive tooling improvements and automation
