Product Delivery Manager - SaaS Risk Analytics

Stelfox is working closely with a SaaS solution provider / fintech that offer Risk Intelligence / Portfolio Risk management for enterprise clients who rely on their data analytics / financial modeling capabilities to make informed decisions at executive stakeholder level.

We are looking to hire a Product Manager / Delivery Manager that can work between the Head of Product and the Engineering Leads to ensure accountability for product features being delivered on time, in scope and with the correct functionality as per client expectations.

In this role, you will lead product delivery, collaborating closely with clients, technical teams and internal stakeholders to define clear priorities. You will own the backlog and shape the product roadmap, drive agile delivery processes, validate new features, and ensure continuous improvement of our platform's functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery of committed product features and configurations for all clients
• Ensure delivery aligns with contracted scope, agreed feature sets, and commercial expectations
• Act as the authority on what has been committed: what is in scope, out of scope, or deferred
• Validate with product and engineering teams that requirements and designs support the committed outcome as work is planned
• Own prioritisation of the backlog for committed deliveries to ensure the timely delivery and overall alignment with both business objectives and client needs
• Track delivery status and report the status and risks to the C-suite and Head of Product
• Provide structured and accurate delivery updates to client facing teams and company leadership
• Gain good understanding of the product concepts and how these link together to the overall vision
• Proactively identify product improvements and opportunities to enhance delivery processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a product role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• A results-driven approach - comfortable holding teams accountable, navigating difficult conversations, and solving blockers to delivery. Has the confidence to challenge the status quo, and escalate when needed
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision, priorities, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile product management tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in Excel (or other analytics tools) and financial modelling is advantageous. Demonstrable experience in financial modelling, structured financial products, or related industries.

This role will suit a Product Manager or delivery manager who can bridge the world of SaaS / Software product delivery with a strong handle on complex data analytics relating to financial modeling or Asset management.
