The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will shape and deliver Le Creuset’s digital presence across email, social, paid and emerging platforms, creating engaging, high-performing campaigns that connect with our audiences. Partnering with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll drive a consistent, data-led approach to digital marketing that delivers real results.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across email, social (including TikTok) and paid channels to support brand, eCommerce and retail objectives.
  • Lead the CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
  • Develop and manage a multi-channel content calendar across eDM, social, digital and video platforms (including English and Chinese channels), ensuring strong, on-brand storytelling.
  • Oversee social media strategy and community engagement, identifying trends, approving content and driving meaningful audience interaction.
  • Manage digital agencies and content production, including briefing, feedback and delivery, while ensuring campaign consistency across all channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise activity through insights, A/B testing and continuous improvement, while staying across emerging trends, platforms and AI tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing paid media channels, particularly Meta and Google Search (TikTok desirable)
  • Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting data and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • High attention to detail with strong reporting and communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat and YouTube.
  • Canva, Social platform Sprout, Email platforms Insider and Klaviyo, Shopify, Salesforce
  • Skilled in digital advertising, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and performance reporting.
  • Adobe Creative Suite basic knowledge
