We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to lead and evolve its digital presence across multiple platforms and audiences, we would like someone who is on top of evolving technology and how AI can help enhance their digital presence. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, enhance user experience, support service growth, and drive community engagement and fundraising outcomes. The role requires someone who can confidently partner with teams across the organisation, provide expert digital guidance, and ensure a consistent and impactful presence across all online channels.
Description
- Lead the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation’s digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee digital channels including websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce activity to support awareness, engagement, fundraising and service growth objectives.
- Drive initiatives focused on brand visibility, audience acquisition, local area marketing and community engagement.
- Manage website governance and administration, including front-end and back-end oversight.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications colleagues to create compelling and brand-aligned digital content.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance data, providing insights, reporting and recommendations against agreed KPIs and benchmarks.
- Coordinate and deliver digital campaigns, including content creation, scheduling and deployment.
- Stay informed on emerging digital trends, technologies and best-practice user experience approaches.
- Manage relationships with external digital and web development partners where required.
- Develop strategies that maximise the impact of digital investment, including SEO and SEM initiatives.
- Support website integrations and digital improvements across various departments and business areas.
- Provide expert digital marketing advice and support to internal teams, programs and service areas.
- Ensure consistent use of brand identity, messaging and tone across all digital communications.
- Manage project and campaign budgets effectively and efficiently.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across the broader marketing team.
Profile
This is a true Digital role, we are looking for someone who is the subject matter expert to lead this function. A background in a NFP will be highly desirable but not essential.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies across complex organisations.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, emerging technologies, analytics tools and performance measurement frameworks.
- Proven ability to use data and insights to improve website performance, audience engagement and user experience.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities across a diverse organisation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Strong project management capability and experience delivering outcomes in high-volume environments.
- Sound financial and budget management skills, including working creatively within resource constraints.
- A commitment to understanding and adhering to child protection policies and legislation.
