LEOPRD is the world’s first Language Engine Optimisation advisory - a PR agency built for the AI era. We help pioneering startups and global brands across the UK, Europe, and Australia shape AI visibility and reputation.

We’re scaling fast and are AI-first by design, but we know that in a world full of robots, nothing is more powerful than sounding like a human.

We’re hiring a Marketing & Communications Intelligence Manager who can do two things exceptionally well: write with clarity and think in data.

The role reports directly to the Founder, Celia Harding, Mumbrella PR Professional of the Year 2026 and B&T Women Leading Tech PR Winner 2026.

About the role

This role sits at the centre of how LEOPRD shows up in the world. You'll produce and oversee the marketing output for clients, partners, and the market.

We use AI a lot, and we don't hide it. We're an AI-first business by design. But the writing that carries our name is human writing, sharpened by judgment, voice, and taste. You'll be fluent in briefing and reviewing AI-generated work where we use it, and excellent at writing what needs to come from a person.

This is a hands-on role with strategic teeth. You set the editorial standard, own the data layer that tells us whether marketing is working, and turn what the numbers say into stories the team and our clients can use.

What you'll be doing
  • Turning behavioural and data intelligence into effective marketing and communications strategy
  • Writing the work that carries our name. Media releases, marketing copy, internal communications, the bits clients see and the bits they don't.
  • Drafting presentations and pitch decks for live commercial opportunities.
  • Reviewing and refining AI-generated content where we use it. Briefing the systems properly, catching what's off, and bringing the human judgment that turns a draft into a final.
  • Owning the quality and consistency of all client-facing and internal marketing output.
  • Overseeing marketing materials produced by clients and partner agencies, holding the line on tone, accuracy, and brand.
  • Owning marketing measurement end-to-end. Setting the metrics that matter, tracking performance across channels, and surfacing what the numbers mean.
  • Turning data into stories. A spreadsheet full of findings is only useful when someone builds it into a narrative people can act on. That translation is your job.
  • Evolving the role as we scale. The job in twelve months will look different and that feels like an exciting prospect.
What we're looking for
  • A minimum of 6+ years of senior digital marketing experience in a fast-moving environment. Someone who is strategic by default and used to being hands-on.
  • Digitally native, news-savvy, and obsessed with how brands get discovered. You follow what's happening in media, marketing, and tech across markets, and you understand how SEO, analytics, and earned coverage fit together in practice.
  • An equally strong copywriter and analyst.
  • Sharp writing and impeccable attention to detail.
  • A genuine appetite for data. Fluent in research methodologies, surveys, analysis, and the data and creative research tools that come with them. You've distilled insight into narrative for client strategy and you can do it again time and time again.
  • Experience turning keyword/data insights into content narratives or reports. Not just rankings reporting, but what this means for the brands or organisations we work with.
  • Proven interest or experience in AI visibility (GEO/LEO), with tools like Ahrefs/Semrush/GA4 and dashboards tracking citations, rankings, and attribution. Bonus: technical SEO (schema, audits) and LLM prompt testing
  • Comfort working with AI tools and directing them. You don't need to be a prompt engineer, but you need to be fluent in how these systems think and where they fail.
  • The ability to run a budget and wrangle complex projects with multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
  • Someone who fits a small, ambitious team and contributes to its energy.
Why join us

You'll be working on a category that didn't exist 18 months ago, with clients across the UK, Europe, and Australia who've asked us to help them get it right. You'll report directly to the founder, with a massively exciting opportunity to be at the top table as we scale.

What you get
  • A role that doesn't exist anywhere else, with the scope to help define it.
  • Career-defining work with a category-defining company.
  • Hybrid and flexible working. Full-time, part-time, or a custom arrangement that works for both sides.
  • Competitive salary based on experience, with performance bonus potential.
  • Two weeks of work-from-anywhere leave, on top of your annual leave.
  • Birthday leave.
  • Training budget.
  • Professional coaching.
How to apply

We're looking for someone who catches the details others miss. So: send your CV and a short cover note to [email protected] with the subject line Marketing Manager - [Your Name] - LEOPRD.

In your cover note, tell us:

  • Why you're interested in working at the intersection of AI and brand discovery.
  • One example of a time you turned complex data into a compelling story.

And somewhere in your application, include the phrase "I optimise for humans and machines". That's how we know you've read this properly.

LEOPRD is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
