Senior Account Executive – Group Life

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and manage a portfolio of clients across Australia, delivering world-class guidance and efficiency.
We will count on you to:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of 20 to 25 large corporate clients, ensuring that each receives the highest standard of service and support
- Provide expert guidance for group life insurance that meets the unique needs of our clients
- Conduct thorough annual reviews and produce insightful reports that reflect our commitment to transparency and accountability
- Drive growth by acquiring new clients and identifying opportunities to deliver more service within existing accounts, demonstrating initiative and foresight
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships, fostering collaboration to ensure our clients receive seamless service
- Proven experience in relationship and account management with Tier 1 accounts, preferably at a brokerage
- Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to navigate complex data and guide decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to forge and maintain robust client relationships
- A proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to identify and seize new business opportunities
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a team and across departments to achieve our shared objectives
- Proven Group Life policy experience would be advantageous
