Our Paris or Madrid office is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive growth across French-speaking customers. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both from home and from our office in Paris or Madrid.

Here's how you'll make a difference:
- Initiating contact with decision-makers at the C-level and in IT security within the SMB segment
- Proactively approaching potential new customers through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Presenting our cutting-edge solutions to potential customers and at events
- Collaborating with experienced Account Executives to close new deals
- Generating valuable sales opportunities and qualified leads for the sales team
- Qualifying inbound leads and identifying high-potential customers for further follow-up
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, customer service, or recruitment role is a plus
- Coachability and openness to feedback, with a willingness to learn and improve
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, and confidence in customer interactions
- The aptitude to work in an organised and goal-oriented manner, even under pressure
- A growth mindset with the persistence to overcome obstacles and progress in your career
- Ideally familiar with or comfortable using AI in your activities to improve efficiency
- A performance-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results
- Experience with CRM and outreach tools is a plus
- Fluency in French and English
