The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of brand strategy across the Australian market—leading integrated campaigns, managing product portfolios, and working cross-functionally to deliver sustainable growth.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading brand strategy and annual planning
• Driving end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, retail, social, PR)
• Managing product lifecycle, innovation, and launches
• Owning P&L and analysing performance, ROI, and growth opportunities
• Partnering with internal teams and external agencies to deliver results
What we’re looking for
• 5–8+ years’ experience in Brand Management (FMCG / retail / consumer preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering brand growth and impactful campaigns
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L exposure
• Confident stakeholder manager with a collaborative mindset
• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
