About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, Email Marketer to lead the retention strategy for our premier eCommerce clients. This is a client-facing role that requires a blend of technical platform mastery and professional communication. You will be the primary point of contact for your account load, responsible for translating data into growth strategies within Klaviyo and Omnisend.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Account Management
- Direct Client Liaison: Lead weekly status calls, present performance reports, and manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Strategic Growth: Act as a consultant to clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth through SMS, loyalty programs, and advanced email flows.
- Project Management: Oversee the lifecycle of a campaign from initial brief and creative coordination to deployment and analysis.
Platform & Technical Execution
- Advanced Automation: Architect and deploy sophisticated workflows in Klaviyo and Omnisend, utilizing conditional splits, custom triggers, and data-driven branching.
- Revenue Optimization: Constant A/B testing of subject lines, send times, and offer structures to maximize Revenue Per Recipient (RPR).
- Technical Troubleshooting: Solve integration issues between eCommerce platforms (Shopify/BigCommerce) and ESPs.
Data & Reporting
- Lifecycle Analysis: Monitor list health, deliverability, and attribution models to ensure sustainable long-term growth.
- Insight Reporting: Translate complex platform metrics into clear, actionable "executive summaries" for client stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 3–5 years in a digital agency or in-house eCommerce role.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo and Omnisend.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
- Analytical Rigor: You don’t just report data you evaluate it to guarantee the best possible outcome for the business.
