PMO Planner – Technology & Data Programme
Location: Hampshire, Hybrid
Role Overview
We are seeking a Planner to build and manage detailed delivery plans across domains and workstreams, ensuring alignment to the integrated programme plan and supporting effective delivery execution.
Initial Focus (First 3 Months)
- Develop detailed plans for assigned domains/workstreams aligned to the integrated plan
- Validate dependencies, milestones, and sequencing with stakeholders
- Establish planning inputs, standards, and tracking mechanisms
- Identify early risks, constraints, and delivery gaps
- Support initial re-planning and impact assessments
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed delivery plans and track progress against milestones
- Manage dependencies, assumptions, and sequencing risks
- Support re-planning and impact analysis
- Collaborate with delivery, test, environment, and release teams
- Provide updates for reporting and governance
