About us: St James’s Hospital is Ireland’s largest acute academic teaching hospital and is based in Dublin’s south inner city. Our fundamental purpose is the delivery of health treatment, care and diagnosis as well as health promotion and preventative services at local, regional and national levels. Our academic partner is Trinity College Dublin.
Purpose of the role: The key purpose of this role is to own the strategy, roadmap, delivery and lifecycle management of outpatient-facing clinical applications. These applications currently support digital dictation, patient self-registration and two-way communication with patients (and may change over their lifecycle). The role ensures solutions are safe, usable, interoperable, compliant, and deliver measurable operational and clinical benefit across outpatient services.
