Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own a portfolio of national retail accounts with full revenue and margin responsibility.
- Develop and execute bold account growth strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead seasonal sell-in presentations, negotiations, and assortment planning.
- Expand distribution, door count, and product categories within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with account team members
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new retail partners· Build strategic entry plans to win high-potential accounts.
- Drive distribution expansion meaningfully to increase brand footprint.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure strong execution across merchandising, planning, marketing, and operations.
- Manage forecasting, inventory flow, replenishment, and order execution.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-through, and margin performance to guide account strategy
- Translate data into actionable growth plans.
- Track key KPIs including revenue, margin, turn, and report weekly to Internal teams
- Passionate and highly driven to grow accounts and deliver results
- 7+ years of national account or wholesale sales experience
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Strong retail math, forecasting, and assortment planning expertise.
- Confident negotiator with strong executive-level presentation skills.
- Highly organized, accountable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience presenting to senior retail buyers and internal leadership teams.
- Experience working End-to-End with National Strategic Accounts
- Fashion, footwear, or accessories experience preferred.
