Key Responsibilities
Advertising Sales and Revenue Growth
Generate revenue by selling advertising, sponsorships, and engagement opportunities to brands of all sizes. Build and manage relationships with agencies, respond to RFPs, and drive new business through custom proposals and multi-location campaigns. Support property teams with training, collateral creation, and competitive rate maintenance.
Program and Campaign Execution
Identify and execute new advertising and sponsorship options, including experiential features, and oversee national program consistency.
Digital Advertising Network Leadership
Understand digital ad requirements, manage revenue share partnerships, and coordinate with properties to maximize programmatic revenue.
Agency, Client, and Partner Relations
Maintain active agency and advertiser relationships, re-engage dormant accounts, and lead account management for priority clients.
Operational Tools, Processes, and Rate Management
Use platforms such as HubSpot, Retail Manager, Ayuda, and agency systems to manage inventory, proposals, rates, and documentation efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
An Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Significant experience in advertising sales, sponsorship development, or media/out-of-home advertising.
- Comfort working directly with agencies and national brands and managing high-value accounts.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and deliver revenue results.
- Strengthen relationships with key brands, agencies, and programmatic partners.
- Ensure consistent portfolio-wide advertising execution.
- Support the digital network, programmatic income streams, and brand engagement initiatives.
