Omniscient Neurotechnology is looking to build our team of truly exceptional sales & market development Territory Managers to bring machine learning-enabled, cloud-based, personalized brain mapping technology to neurosurgery, neurology and radiology clinicians through a rapidly expanding list of indications. Successful candidates must demonstrate high integrity, neuroscience and/or neurosurgical sales experience, business acumen, emotional intelligence, and above all, a commitment to winning.
This is a field-based individual contributor role.
Territory: Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana

ROLE
The ideal candidate would have experience navigating complex hospital-based sales with a focus on neurosurgery, neurology, and/or radiology service lines. This candidate is expected to be a dynamic, self-motivated, tactical thinker with a proven track record of finding early adopters. As a sales professional, you will operate strategically to find the right targets, the right influencers, reduce the sales cycle, and sell with a customer service mind-set. This role will be calling on global thought-leaders in the fields of neurosurgery, radiology, neuro-rehabilitation, and neurology.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a complex sale that touches multiple stakeholders in a healthcare system.
- Must have a great track record of consistently delivering sales to target
- Must have deep experience selling to sophisticated clinicians, such as surgeons or radiologists, and managing complex procurement processes in hospitals and hospital networks
- Experience selling into neurosurgery, neurology, and/or neuroradiology is a plus
- Customer first attitude that is proficient within multiple personas of the hospital environment including Imaging, PACS, IT, operating room, purchasing.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of customer organizations
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- 2+ years in medical device and/or hospital enterprise software focused sales in fast paced, high reaching, ever changing software or technology sales environment
- BA/BS degree in relevant major required
- Acumen in virtual selling scenarios
- Self-Starter that takes initiative, works with limited direction, customer focused mindset, and pursuing rapid growth mindset
- Possess a hunter mentality that can prospect, find new leads, and generate funnel growth
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales objectives, revenue targets, and customer utilization goals
- Driving new and existing business in your territory
- Utilize Hubspot CRM system to ensure timely and accurate revenue, sales reports, and forecasting
- Manage a complex sales process across multiple hospital departments that includes surgery, IT, Radiology, Legal, and purchasing
- Utilize tools to target effectively and find high profile targets in geography
- Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the customer account and support teams to drive procedural volume and rapid adoption
- Communicate effectively with Neurosurgeons, neurologists, psychiatry, IT, and MRI departments
- Work with Medical Education and Marketing to ensure effective strategies and fill key events
- Work with Regional Sales Manager to hit targets set by leadership team
