- You must have a current or active security clearance with a FS Poly.
- Possess twenty (20)+ years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required or 4 more years experience
- Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience developing containerized applications (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Ability to develop high-quality, efficient, and testable code
- Ability to debug complex, system-wide issues.
- Java Application (no front end necessary), REST
- Ability to multitask and pivot to different tasks quickly
- Experience with Atlassian tools, Git
- Experience with IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE
- Desired Skills:
- Kotlin
- Kubernetes
- Experience with Message Broker Software (RabbitMQ/etc.)
- Spring or Spring Boot
- Python
- Mongo
- Nifi
- This position requires PRIVAC. Candidate must have a current (within 7 years) poly and/or currently possess the minimum level of PRIVAC required for this role (NSYS). When submitting candidates, please confirm their poly/PRIVAC status.
- Support the modernization of malware analysis and develop techniques for metadata storage for knowledge management to support the defense of national security systems.
- The engineer will be a part of a team who explores new technologies and prototypes new mission tools and analytics.
- The team also develops new algorithms and innovative techniques to address mission related problems.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
$174,400 - $220,300
