You’ll be primarily responsible for the company’s cash and liquidity management and forecasting, owning banking relationships, working capital, and treasury shared service operations. As a trusted partner to Finance leadership and the broader business, you’ll bring discipline, clarity, and confidence to how we manage cash, risk, and day-to-day financial operations.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- The Director of Treasury will lead all aspects of enterprise-wide treasury operations, including cash management, banking, liquidity planning, capital allocation, and financial risk management, across the company's portfolio of entities.
- This leader will manage and mentor a treasury team and work closely with executive leadership to build scalable systems, processes, and tools
- A natural innovator, this individual will proactively seek out smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to optimize treasury operations by leveraging modern technology and automation
- Partner with the CFO to develop and execute enterprise-wide liquidity strategies and capital planning
- Build and maintain detailed short- and long-term cash flow forecasting models across all entities
- Serve as a treasury advisor to leadership on strategic initiatives, growth planning, and capital deployment
- Oversee daily cash positioning, working capital optimization, and intercompany funding across all global entities
- Ensure sufficient liquidity while maximizing returns on idle cash and minimizing
- Lead initiatives to improve cash visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Optimize working capital across AP, AR, and inventory-related cash cycles
- Manage all banking relationships and negotiate favorable terms, fees, and services
- Oversee account structures, signatory controls, and treasury services across all entities
- Ensure compliance with debt covenants, coordinate lender reporting, and support capital markets activities
- Lead treasury operations and payment processes with a focus on control, compliance, and efficiency
- Partner with IT and accounting to select, implement, and optimize treasury management systems, payment platforms, and technology integrations
- Ensure secure, scalable treasury operations that support future growth
- Identify and implement process enhancements that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and accelerate decision-making
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure ICAT Logistics remains at the forefront of treasury best practices
- Maintain strong treasury controls, policies, and segregation of duties
- Partner with the Corporate Controller to support audits and compliance
- Lead and develop a high-performing treasury team, including a Treasury Manager
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented culture management to ensure treasury aligns with business goals
- Proven track record of building scalable treasury operations and leading transformation
- A hands-on finance leader who balances strategic thinking with operational execution
- Comfortable owning cash, controls, and external banking relationships
- A strong collaborator who partners effectively across Finance and the business
- Leadership experience within complex, high-growth environments
- Deep expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, capital markets, & treasury operations
- Experience supporting securitization structures and banking relationships
- Treasury systems, financial modeling, and automation experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and disciplined
- A people leader who develops talent and builds trust
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including treasury or cash management
- Experience overseeing AP, AR, and banking relationships
- Strong understanding of controls, audits, and risk management
- Proven leadership experience in a complex or growth-oriented organization
- Private equity-backed or financial services experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a collegial, fast-moving, demanding, and dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $180-$200K
