Regulatory Project Manager (Mgr/Sr Mgr level)

Basel, Switzerland (2 days per week onsite preferred)

Full-time, 12-month contract

We are supporting the search for a Regulatory Project Manager to join a growing cross-functional team based in Basel. This role will have a strong Regulatory Affairs focus, supporting complex commercial programmes, driving timelines, coordination, and execution in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate regulatory project management activities
• Develop and manage project timelines using tools such as MS Project and dashboard reporting systems
• Drive planning, tracking, and execution of regulatory deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives (focused on approved programmes)
• Partner closely with Regulatory Affairs and commercial teams to support strategic initiatives
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and ensure visibility of project status, risks, and milestones
• Contribute to process improvements and support a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Experience required:

• Strong EU and International post-approval Regulatory Affairs experience required
• Previous experience in Regulatory Project Management or a highly coordinated cross-functional PM environment desirable
• Proficiency with timeline management and reporting tools, including MS Project and dashboards required
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to or interest in AI-enabled tools and technologies is preferred
• Motivated, flexible, and proactive with the ability to bring new energy to a growing team
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
