About The Role
To reinforce our team, we are looking for a Key Account Operations Specialist Tyre Dealer (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.
You can look forward to a diverse role with a strong interface function, direct customer contact, and plenty of scope to shape and develop processes within the key account environment.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Support Key Account Management with a strong focus on POS activities, execution and development
- Preparation, coordination and follow-up of business cases, marketing and sales campaigns at POS level
- Close collaboration with wholesale headquarters and alignment between headquarter agreements and POS execution
- Regular POS visits to support implementation, ensure actions on site and strengthen customer relationships
- Creation of professional presentations, reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Support forecasting, planning and bonus settlement processes, as well as sales-related financial topics
- Active participation in customer, sales and planning meetings and project-based support of the sales team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in Key Account Management, Sales Operations or a sales-related environment
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent German skills; English skills are an advantage
- Structured and proactive working style, strong communication skills and willingness to travel
