We’re hiring a Researcher / Senior Researcher to join us in Switzerland - one of the most influential global hubs for life sciences leadership.

This is for someone who wants to build a long-term career in executive search, not transactional recruitment.

This is about advising clients, shaping leadership teams, and delivering outcomes - not just filling roles.

What you’ll be doing

→ Partnering with clients to understand the real brief - beyond the job spec

→ Designing and executing search strategies across global life sciences markets

→ Mapping leadership talent and building highly targeted pipelines

→ Engaging senior candidates through thoughtful, insight-led outreach

→ Contributing to client discussions with data, intelligence, and market perspective

You’ll be embedded in a true search model, working directly with Partners on Board, VP, and C-suite mandates.

→ Talent Science (diagnostic & predictive modelling)

→ Executive Leadership Search (Board, VP & C-suite)

→ Fractional & Interim Appointments
