Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing all services (MSS & ESS) within one or more accounts designated by the company for business development. This includes developing strategic planning, monitoring implementation, and achieving operational efficiency in accordance with company policy directions to increase customer retention/satisfaction, employee engagement, gross margin, collections, revenue, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Formulating strategies to increase growth from existing clients
- Formulating strategies for DSO achievement and management
- Ensuring margins are achieved in accordance with targets set
- Ensuring service quality aligns with agreements to increase client satisfaction
- Ensuring the management, development, and engagement of manpower to enhance employee competence and satisfaction
- Responsible for building an HSE climate to achieve Zero Fatality and Zero LTI targets
Qualifications
- Min Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Operation Head or Project Manager in security industry or experience from service-industry and supplier management
- Have strong business acumen, strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working in a large organization with several stakeholders with differing expectations and needs
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, reporting and performance management
- Experience with SLA management and KPI reporting
- Physically fit, proven by a recent Medical Check-Up (MCU) result
- Able to work with high mobility and adapt to frequent travel and work effectively under pressure
- Must hold a Gada Utama certification and OHS Expert (AK3 Umum) certification
