Nexus Power seeks an Account Manager for our growing electrical manufacturer’s representative agency in Salt Lake City, Utah. The position requires a strong independent, customer focused sales rep, with the ability to listen to customer needs, provide technical guidance and is detailed oriented.

- Identify and execute a growth strategy within product segments and vertical markets
Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To:
- Represent Nexus Power's Stock & Flow in the Utah marketplace
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with assigned Distributors, Contractors and Industrial customers, at all levels of their organizations
- Report sales progress/status to District Sales Manager
- Conduct technical presentations to create preference
- Provide training, joint sales calls and applications support.
- Own customer relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in managing and building a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for solving problems
- Multitask with excellent attention to detail and follow up
- Able to learn and adapt quickly

- Accountable to sales goals
- Possess a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical industry experience
- Local market knowledge of key channel partners/end users
- Prior sales experience, account management, sales management and demonstrated market growth
- Solid understanding of profitability and other financial measurements
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents.
- Excels at negotiating, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and working under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity electronic take-off and estimating programs strongly preferred.
