Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Work warm leads AND generate your own through face-to-face outreach
- Deliver quotes, build trust, and close deals
- Provide clean paperwork to Operations to get roofing jobs scheduled quickly
- Own your pipeline from lead to install, with support every step of the way
- Ensure necessary documentation is in order for the roofing jobs
- Abide by all sales policies and guidelines in a professional and productive manner as set forth by the company
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- At least 2-5 years of door-to-door sales, residential roofing sales experience or roofing sales/installation experience in an adjacent field
- Outside sales expertise
- Negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales
- B2B sales experience
- Outgoing personality – not afraid to start a conversation or knock a door
- Coachable attitude – we’ll train you, just bring the work ethic
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset
- A willingness to be proactive and search for new leads
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends when needed and traveling across multiple job sites
- Valid Utah driver’s license required. Company vehicle provided
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug pre-employment screen
