We’re hiring a Partner / Associate Partner in Switzerland (Basel/Zug) to lead relationships across Private Equity, Venture Capital, and high-growth life sciences businesses.

The opportunity

This is a role for someone who wants to operate as a true advisor to investors and leadership teams - not just deliver searches.

You’ll build and own senior relationships across PE/VC funds, boards, and C-suite stakeholders, helping them make better hiring decisions and execute growth with less risk.

You won’t just fill roles.

You’ll shape leadership teams, board composition, and strategic direction.

What you’ll be doing

→ Building and expanding relationships across investors, boards, and executive leadership teams

→ Winning and delivering Board, VP, and C-suite mandates across global life sciences markets

→ Advising clients on talent strategy, leadership gaps, and organisational design

→ Driving revenue through long-term, high-value partnerships - not one-off placements

→ Contributing to market positioning through insight, content, and thought leadership
