Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or landscape/facilities services.
- Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, turf/plant health, irrigation, and seasonal color.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with property managers, HOAs, and facility directors.
- Skilled in proposals, presentations, and upselling enhancement projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; estimating software experience a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; travel to client sites required.
- Preferred: Aspire software experience, ability to read site plans/blueprints, bilingual (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through site visits, follow-ups, and clear communication.
- Drive sales growth by securing new maintenance, enhancement, and snow contracts.
- Identify property needs, estimate, and generate proposals for added-value services.
- Act as liaison between clients and operations teams for maintenance, enhancements, and snow services.
- Support renewals, collections, and public relations efforts, including networking and community events.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and seasonal snow operations.
