Responsibilities
- Grow and manage accounts across nursing schools, medical schools, hospitals, and clinical education programs
- Execute territory sales strategy and achieve revenue goals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast activity accurately
- Conduct in-person customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal sales and customer service teams to support customers and drive business growth
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide regular sales reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
- Must live within assigned territory and near a major airport
Preferred
- Previous sales experience
- Healthcare, medical education, or life sciences background
- Familiarity with medical terminology or simulation environments
