Looking for multiple candidates plus a Business Manager!
Primary point of contact for clients.
Prepare, review and maintain financial statements.
Record and track investments.
Bank Account reconciliations.
Oversee payroll processing and 1099 reporting.
Support insurance and benefits administration.
Prepare and submit guild reporting.
Supervise and mentor assistant(s)
Qualifications & Skills
5 years of business management experience
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration a plus
Proficiency in Datafaction Imaging and AgilLink required.
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
