A well-established market leader in healthcare technology for dental practices is seeking an Inside
Sales Manager. The company’s SaaS platform helps dental offices operate more efficiently by
modernizing core workflows and improving business visibility through analytics, reporting, and
integrated software solutions.
We are seeking sales manager candidates who are disciplined in execution, strong in coaching, and
bring a background in KPI-driven management within a quota-carrying sales environment. The near-term focus is driving upsell, cross-sell, and platform adoption within an existing customer base, while helping introduce and monetize new product offerings.
This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Sales, responsible for improving
activity levels, conversion rates, and overall sales execution. This individual will manage a team of
Account Managers operating in a sales-first capacity, with an emphasis on building a high-
accountability, performance-driven culture and driving consistent revenue growth.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid in a new satellite office located in Orange County.
Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6–8 Account Managers focused on driving revenue from existing customers
- Shift the team toward a more sales-first, performance-driven motion
- Drive a structured account review process to identify upsell, cross-sell, and platform
- transition opportunities
- Coach reps on discovery, value positioning, and closing expansion deals
- Own team performance across key metrics including pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- attainment
- Support rollout and monetization of new software products and bundled solutions
- Partner directly with the VP of Sales to build a new, high-performance sales culture separate
- from legacy structure
Inside Sales Manager Requirements
- Experience managing inside sales teams for SaaS / technology sales
- Strong focus on driving revenue vs account support
- Experience with expansion / upsell motions or inbound-driven new business
- Hands-on leader comfortable in the weeds with coaching and pipeline
- Ability to bring structure, accountability, and urgency to a team
