Senior Solutions Architect, Workday
We will count on you to:
- Engage with potential customers and share Mercer value messaging.
- Discover the needs of the prospect and their organization.
- Support Account Executives through email, phone calls, presentations, social selling, and face-to-face events.
- Champion the relationship between the account and the Mercer team.
- Create project timeline, scope, and costing.
- Work with Mercer cross teams to develop and support collaborative approach solutions.
- Rationalize the approach with the client and mitigate roadblocks.
- Support all initiatives in the creation of the Statement of Work.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of professional or industry-specific experience within the Workday ecosystem or similar software, which can include full-time employment, part-time roles, or internships
- Shown industry experience preferred in either project management within the Workday ecosystem, prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, direct sales, or IT consulting
- Must be business level in English (both written and verbal)
- Live within the central region of the United States
- Highly motivated, tenacious, self-starter
- Ability to hold a resourceful and significant, executive-level conversations
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Workday product lines and ability to speak confidently about the day to day activities and using industry terminology

The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,000 to $194,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
