The Role

• Drive the strategic development and evolution of a key HR document creation solution.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product perspectives and strategic objectives.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution from conception to launch.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define product priorities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Identify and integrate scaling potentials into the product strategy and roadmap.

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally within a digital, SaaS, or B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of market demands, customer needs, and product potential.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a pragmatic and execution-oriented approach.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and digital product growth phases.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas and reconcile different perspectives.
• Eagerness to work in an international setting with colleagues across various locations.
• Fluency in German and English.
