Role Summary
Perfect Aire is actively seeking a client-focused, results-driven National Account Manager to join our team. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and achieving sales targets across assigned accounts. This role builds and nurtures strong customer partnerships, collaborates cross-functionally to execute account strategies, and serves as a key advocate for both the customer and the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute account strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales and market share goals, within the Hardware channel
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with Perfect Aire products and services
· Consistently achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective resolution of customer issues
· Prepare and deliver regular account status reports, highlighting key metrics, performance, and growth opportunities
· Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact customer relationships
· Partner closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion
· Travel as needed to support customer needs, including trade shows, line reviews, and customer meetings
Required Experience & Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities
· Proven negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
· Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
· Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable account strategies
· Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and account growth targets
