Account Executive – Staffing (Construction Focus)
Brookfield, WI | On-site
$55K–$65K Base + Uncapped Commission
We’re looking for a true business development hunter — someone who knows how to open doors, get in front of decision-makers, and close new business.
This role is built for a self-starter who wants to own their territory, build a book of business, and directly impact their earnings. If you’re motivated by performance and not afraid to be in the field, this is the opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person client visits
- Conduct job site walk-throughs and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify workforce needs and present tailored staffing solutions
- Own and manage your sales pipeline from prospecting through close
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure delivery and high fill rates
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing or construction preferred)
- Proven track record of generating new business (not just account management)
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting clients face-to-face
- Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability
