Our BESS Technical Solutions Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates and final-year students who want to build technical and commercial knowledge in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable energy solutions.

As a Graduate Program participant, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in technical solutions, project preparation, customer requirements analysis, and energy storage applications.

🔋 What You’ll Do

• Support the analysis of customer requirements and technical specifications for energy storage projects

• Assist in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and project documentation

• Learn about BESS system architecture, PCS, EMS, grid connection, and system configuration concepts

• Support coordination with Sales, Project Management, R&D, and Engineering teams

• Participate in technical discussions, meetings, and project follow-ups

• Help maintain project trackers, documentation databases, and proposal status updates

• Conduct market and competitor research related to renewable energy and energy storage solutions

• Contribute to improving internal tools, templates, and documentation processes

🎓 Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates or final-year students from universities or engineering schools

• Degree background in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Renewable Energy, Power Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields

• Strong interest in renewable energy, battery storage, or sustainable infrastructure

• Good analytical and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with technical documents, engineering materials, and data analysis

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Good communication skills in English

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-growing industry

⭐ Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of BESS, PCS, EMS, inverters, grid connection, or power systems

• Internship, academic project, or research experience related to renewable energy or engineering

• Familiarity with technical drawings, system diagrams, or simulation tools is a plus
