Regional Account Manager

You will oversee the sales management activities in East Europe & Middle East, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the wholesale business, with a primary focus on womenswear brands, while also covering other brands, executing growth strategies and ensuring image enhancement for our collections.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing accounts throughout the regions
- Drive strong sales growth to meet and exceed sales targets, maximizing growth opportunities and focusing on business development
- Manage commercial plans for accounts and lead negotiations
- Follow up on customer enquiries, providing timely support and solutions
- Manage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each customer
- Plan, organize and manage customer appointments during market weeks and buying seasons
- Supervise sales campaigns to ensure targets are met
- Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and monitoring competitors
- At least 3 years of wholesale account management or buying experience at a multibrand retailer
- Native Russian speaker with fluent English proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong retail and commercial acumen
- In-depth knowledge of the market and competitive landscape
- Genuine passion for the retail environment and fashion industry, with an international perspective
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel frequently internationally
