We are looking for a talented, motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager who is ready to make an impact and grow with us.

You will oversee the sales management activities in East Europe & Middle East, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the wholesale business, with a primary focus on womenswear brands, while also covering other brands, executing growth strategies and ensuring image enhancement for our collections.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing accounts throughout the regions
  • Drive strong sales growth to meet and exceed sales targets, maximizing growth opportunities and focusing on business development
  • Manage commercial plans for accounts and lead negotiations
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, providing timely support and solutions
  • Manage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each customer
  • Plan, organize and manage customer appointments during market weeks and buying seasons
  • Supervise sales campaigns to ensure targets are met
  • Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and monitoring competitors

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of wholesale account management or buying experience at a multibrand retailer
  • Native Russian speaker with fluent English proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong retail and commercial acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of the market and competitive landscape
  • Genuine passion for the retail environment and fashion industry, with an international perspective
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently internationally
