A Day in the Life
Ready to take the lead in our e-commerce revolution? As our e-Account Manager in Milan, you'll be the strategic force behind our key online partnerships. This isn’t just about sales; it’s about shaping the entire digital ecosystem for our iconic brands. You will report directly to the Head of e-Commerce and steer the commercial relationship, coordinating marketing, supply chain, and finance to drive growth.
Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It
- Drive the Strategy: Define and execute the annual Joint Business Plan (JBP), identifying new growth opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the game.
- Own the Performance: Take full ownership of the account's P&L. You will negotiate annual agreements, manage sales forecasts, and analyze performance to hit ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
- Deliver Operational Excellence: Oversee the go-to-market strategy, ensuring our brand image shines on every digital touchpoint. You’ll partner with supply chain teams to optimize logistics and keep our products available for our consumers.
- Be the Central Hub: Act as the single point of contact for the client, orchestrating internal teams—from Marketing and Media to Finance and IT—to ensure a unified and powerful approach.
- An expert in e-commerce analytics and performance, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- A master of account management and high-level negotiation, capable of building lasting partnerships with major online retailers.
- A strategic thinker with strong skills in revenue growth management and business analysis.
- A collaborative leader who can orchestrate media campaigns to drive conversion and visibility.
- A deep understanding of the digital landscape, from e-retailer algorithms to the full consumer journey.
