We are hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to own and lead the company’s marketing function. This is an ownership role focused on strategy, execution, performance, and accountability. You will be responsible for driving qualified lead generation, improving conversions, and ensuring marketing efforts are directly aligned with company growth goals.


This role is not for someone who needs constant direction. We are looking for someone who can build campaigns, manage the marketing calendar, guide creative direction, and make data-driven decisions without hand-holding. You will work closely with design, operations, and sales to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and results are clearly tracked and communicated.


We are a faith-based company and are looking for someone who aligns with that environment and culture.

Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.


Hours: 9am–5pm EST.

Pay: $2,000/mo


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the marketing calendar across email, ads, webinars, launches, and social campaigns
  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tied directly to revenue goals
  • Develop campaign messaging, positioning, and offers
  • Write or direct ad copy and email copy for campaigns
  • Créate clear creative briefs for designers and video editorsLead weekly creative and campaign planning sessions
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategy based on results
  • Track key metrics including leads, conversions, CPL, attribution, and revenue
  • Maintain UTM tracking and ensure campaigns are properly tagged and reported
  • Present weekly marketing updates and communicate performance clearly to leadership and team members
  • Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion performanceIdentify bottlenecks in the funnel and proactively solve them
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and execution stays organized across teams


Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or demand generation
  • Proven experience driving qualified leads and improving conversion performance
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing webinars, launches, email campaigns, and multi-channel funnels
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments quickly
  • Ability to write strong copy or effectively direct copywriters and creatives
  • Understanding of UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting systems
  • Comfortable working independently and making decisions without waiting for approval on every detail
  • Organized, proactive, and highly accountable
  • Strong communication skills and confidence leading marketing discussions internally
  • Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with marketing automation or ad optimization tools such as Plai.io
  • Background in faith-based, coaching, education, or service-based businesses
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams on funnel optimization
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and performance reporting dashboards
